SHIPPING
U Brand Cosmetics, have accounts with selected major courier companies. If you chose to utilise your own courier company, U Brand Cosmetics will not be held responsible for damages once the order leaves our warehouse. U Brand Cosmetics preferred couriers are: Australia Post and other selected reputable transport services The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, along with the location. Shipping costs will be displayed before you submit your order at the final checkout.
Turnaround
All product orders are generally shipped within 5-10 days from receipt of full payment, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Purchases made on Weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the next Business Day. Rural or remote locations may take between 7-14 business days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship the balance of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling for the second shipment.
Order Tracking
